Anyone ever work with good ADs, SWAs, sports admins, etc? Ones who actually care about our sport? I know there has to be a few good ones out there. Ideas?

In observing the DI landscape, there are a lot of revolving doors in our sport. But, there are also a lot of coaches with who have fairly long tenures and histories at their institution.
If you see a Head Track coach with 10+ years at an institution, who has had some success at the conference/national level, there is likely an administration at the school that supports program. In our sport, at the mid major level especially, it is the same schools turning over every couple of years. Coaches who feel like they are bearing the load with no institutional support often burn out.
Harder to get jobs at schools with ADs who support all of their programs...those jobs don't turn over nearly as often.
