Hey everyone I have a time trial tomorrow just to assess fitness after taking 2 weeks off. I have been running for about a week since my break with a day or 2 off. Before the 2 weeks I ran 17:40 as my best 5k time on a slightly hilly xc course. So what can I run a mile in after the 2 weeks and a couple days of running since being back? I just want to have a rough estimate of pace that I should go out at. Thanks everyone!
