We can survive this. We had to deal with 8 years of some guy from Chicago, which might be one of the worst cities in the US (other than St Louis, Detroit, Los Angeles, San Francisco and all the other Democratic strongholds overrun with drug addicts). Fortunately this new guy will likely only be around 4 years (if his own party doesn't invoke the 25th amendment prior to that).
Never been there but I see the television show "The 302" which makes it look as hip as the west coast.
My HQ was there.
I lived in Pa and commuted over the border.
Never liked it. Paid tax in both places. Schools suck, and everywhere there were strip malls. When my Daughter went to UD we had to pay out of state, even though I was a Delaware tax payer
A positive is its near the water
Mississippi
West Virginia
Kentucky
Oklahoma
Missouri
Arkansas
Kentucky
Alabama
Nebraska
Don't get me wrong...Delaware is not great..but compared to the above list, it's pretty damn good.

You realize he grew up in PA, right?
The State of Denial that some are in is pretty bad, too...

Ok, seriously?
Right off the bat, Oklahoma and New Jersey have to be considered for two of the worst. NJ has some nice areas, but they lead the country in sh!tty cities.
Also more crap states:
Louisiana
Mississippi
Alabama
Arkansas
New Mexico
Kentucky
West Virginia
Idaho
Missouri
I would live in Delaware before I'd live in Indiana even.
What are you even talking about?
Delaware is bottom half, but just barely.
??? Delaware is a great state. You might not like Joe (from Scranton), but don't knock the whole state because of it. A great summer vacation spot for certain.

How can you dislike Idaho? It is one of the most scenic states by a long shot. WV is also a great state. I would think a trash state like Ohio or Indiana would be real high on people's lists, not mountain states like WV, ID, and NM. Hmm.

Idaho is the suicide capital of the US. WV and ID are also very poor and thus have poor services.
I said I would live in Delaware before Indiana. Indiana sucks hard.
Ohio, where I live, is in many ways a hidden gem. It's not at the very top of the states, but it's in the top half. I will not retire here because it is too damn cold in the winter. Ohio has lots of great things though...great amusement parks, many professional sports teams and big time college athletics, lots of wilderness, lots of places to go boating and fishing, and excellent public schools. Also, the cities in Ohio are big enough to attract big time artists and events. The cost of living is also low but the salaries, especially for educated people, are high, so it's a good place to raise a family.
But, again, too cold for me. I will retire somewhere warmer.

Simple: Sitka, Alaska. It is the largest city in the US (almost twice the size of Delaware), has much better fishing, is clean, full of bears, salmon berries and hardly any traffic [only two traffic lights and 16 miles of road in town (they added about two miles to the south end this past year)].
https://www.sunset.com/travel/northwest/sitka-alaskaSome real small d!ck energy on this thread. Trying to take shots at other states to make you feel better about your situation.
Wrong. He was born in PA, but most of his growing up and schooling was in Delaware. The Scranton crap is more Slow Joe BS.
