I am looking to increase my 3200m race time. My current 3200m PR is 10:23. I am running 30+ miles on average each week. I do not have a solid training schedule for helping me improve, I've mainly just been doing fast paced miles, tempo runs, and long runs. I would post a picture of my training log to show you what I'm currently doing, but there's no way to.
My goal is to run a sub 10 minute 3200m before track season which is in February. This is my senior year and I want to make the most of the track season. Keep in mind I started running for the first time in April. I am willing to do whatever it takes to achieve my goal.
I am looking for a weekly schedule partially from someone who has experience competitively running 3200m in track. Such as what mileage, running style, exercises, pace, etc, that you do each week.
Thank You
