This will be my 2nd year of indoor racing but I still can't decide what events are perfect for me. Coach says "I've a good range" and could do any events I choose, he's not wrong I think.
My PRs are
1:57 800
2:32 1k,
4:20 mile
haven't raced 3k (not sure what time i could run?)
15:23 5k outdoor track
25:57 8k xc
I can also split 50-52 sec on the 4x400 on any day
We will be starting the distance focused workout in a week, and I am just wondering if anyone in here has been in this situation before or had athletes like me? Based on the PRs what events do people think I'd have my highest potential in?
