Being 103rd, which in reality they aren't anywhere near that high, means that on average there are two state universities in every state that are better than Oregon. Two in Mississippi. Two in Alabama. Two in Louisiana. Two in Kentucky. Bragging about a rating that low, about lagging behind third-world West Virginia in the quality of your flagship university is damn sorry.
Getting 103rd out of 388 in your age group really is a much worse result than winning the 70+ age group. Being the 103rd "best" large state university is not good.
