Brazier might have sub 14 abilities. Wheating is pretty tall, he could probably crank out a sub 14. I think there’s a sub 13 Egyptian runner around 6’8.
I've met Wheating before and I'm shocked to look it up and see that he's listed at 6'6". One of my teammates was there as well and he's about 6'4" Wheating did not look taller than him.

Sealand ran 14:10.66 today, to be the fastest 14:10 guy you would probably have to run 14:10.00
He said the tallest, not the fastest.
Half of the people on this message board cannot follow the simplest concepts.
Frightening
Wish Mantz could have been in this race to see what he could have done. Will have to wait a bit.
Christina Hering (Germany) is listed as 6'1" but she looks taller among her competitors.
You just have to set up a z-score table to be able to convert it. Look at the standard deviation and you should get your answer. If I wasn’t already doing this for finals this week I’d probably post one but I come here to escape my real world problems not further them

The thread title was originally “Is Josh Sealand the fastest 14:10 guy ever?” but rojo edited it. You can kind of glean this if you read the replies. Frightening indeed.

He might, but he’s only 6’2”.

I do not.
He is the fastest 14:10 guy ever. Faster than all the other 14:10 guys. Not as fast as the 14:09 guys, but certainly the fastest 14:10 guy.

Well if you were here earlier you would have seen Rojos typo which has now been corrected. But you weren’t, you were late to the thread and are now making an ass of yourself trying to make an ass of someone else.

Anyone see that guy? I've never seen a guy that tall run that fast. How tall is that dude?
A buddy of mine who has vowed he'd never start a letsrun thread in his life, just called me up and said, "I may have to start a thread to get more info on him. I've never seen a guy that tall run that fast."
I told him I'd start a thread for him.
You don’t even know how tall he is
Am I the fastest 20 min 5k guy ever? Maybe!

How can that question possibly be answered? You'll need a truly committed stats geek to compile a list of every 14:10 runner in history and how tall they were. Many are dead and you'd have to dig them up and measure them to be sure of their height.
Sounds like a challenge for Aussiestatsman.

I don’t get it
looks like it. hard to tell for sure from this picture tho idk he could be holding some random object that looks like a pen.
can’t tell if you’re joking or not.
altitude cause he’s tall...get it
I know an extraordinary 800 runner who’s 6’9. I wouldn’t be surprised if he could run 14:10 if he trained for the 5k. Ah the hypotheticals!
