I've been doing base training and building easy miles because no races were on the horizon (UK second lockdown) and then I've just heard the county XC will be on in early Jan...
Any suggestions as to the best training to do with only 4 weeks to go? I get injured easily so dont want to go too crazy, but interested in any ideas that will be worthwhile and specific. I can get off road twice a week - the race will likely be very muddy and moderate hills, only 6K.
Currently doing 45 mpw over 6 days, female. Last time I did intervals was back early October.
