I ran in the Supernova ST and loved it despite its weight and clunkiness (which just made my racing flats feel that much better on race day).
I have been running in the Solar Glide ST, but honestly have simply not liked them. My biggest issue is less the clunkiness, heaviness or squishiness, and more the absolutely awful heel counter. The problem is that it is split with soft material in the middle. While I imagine that might be great for folks with Achilles issues, I don't have those (one of the few injuries I have managed to avoid), and the soft counter doesn't hold my heel well at anything other easy distance pace. Given I do my workouts in my trainers, that was a real problem for me.
I ordered a bunch of Adidas Tempos, which I like, but it is kind of the worst of all worlds for me in some ways. There simply isn't as much shoe there to use it as a daily trainer, and it is sleek enough to detract from the boost I get on race day from racing in a show that is sleeker and lighter than the shoes in which I do my workouts.
So now I split time between the Solar Glide ST and the Saucony Glide because it has a midsole reminiscent of the Boost material that I like (I not only don't mind the squishiness of Boost, I affirmatively like it).
