Howdy. So I got a pain where my ant tib tendon (the big one on the front of your ankle) meets the foot, and also just under where the tongue of your shoe would be. I thought I was just lacing too tight in a new pair of shoes so just kept running on the thing.
Surely enough it got worse before I realized that I was running through an injury and not tight laces. My tendon is pretty swollen and it hurts to dorsiflex. I took about 4 days off running and pain went down to 1/10 or 2/10, but I think running on it has made it flare up a bit. Can I keep running on this as long as pain is 3/10 or less? Would it be better to just take 2 weeks off and get it to 100%?
I feel like even if all the pain is gone it's just going to pop right back up.
