Now before you "26.2" clowns chime in, i mean IN TRAINING. What is a respectable marathon paced long tempo? Obviously there are different goals, in the past I have run a 20 mile long run with 16 at MP pace as my peak workout and a few weeks later I crushed that in the actual race. I have run 10 in weekday workouts as a pretty hard but manageable effort
