OP, you're getting some good answers. I ran in college so I will never PR again, but I still run a good amount. I had a double BOB when my kids were younger and it saved our marriage and allowed me to run much more than normally would have been able to run. Kids loved it and I could take them out for 90 minutes at 7:00 pace before the stroller got to be too much work. Look into a good double BOB.
I am now 41 with 3 kids (14,10,6) and I find that I don't care as much about "training" as long as I can just run. I get up and go before work and sometimes again at lunch or after work while the kids have practices or other activities. It is worth pointing out that I am much more interested in my kids' lives and activities now. It may not get easier to train, but I think it gets more fun as they get older and you connect with them as people. I loved my time with them as babies and toddlers, but it wasn't nearly as stimulating as it is now. That aspect is golden to me.
Don't stop running, but realize that family is much more important than running.
