The Cheserek CR and Rosa run were rated at 208, and his brother was given a 202. Forys got a 204 in 2006, and the recent 2019 runs were 199 and 198. This year and last year a 15:32 was roughly 192.
I think both Puffer and Sherry can break into the all time top ten, maybe even #3/#4 if they push it. Anything under 15:20 is sub 8:50 for two miles, which both can run, especially if this is their year ending race.

The finish-line camera just fell over in the wind and rain!!! Someone yelled "SH*T!" haha... WOW... -
Oh no, please don't tell me they are going to run an XC race in the rain. That just ain't right.
-
other than the cold, wind, and rain it is a lovely day. But that is what you get in XC in December in a lot of places. But just fyi it was pretty nice in Portland today! Go figure!

I miss NXN :( -
Too bad for the weather, I wanted to see Wiser break 17 on this course. Only one has done that of course.

It's funny... I'm literally staring at the finish line cam waiting to see who 1st crests that hill... -
At least the music is good...

I agree, Bednar ran almost 30 seconds slower today so Wiser probably had a shot at 16:55 or so with better weather.....but that tells you how fast Tuohy was at 16:21 -

100% agree with you! -
Yep shame about the weather, looks like no Masciarelli either. 17:25 in this rain is phenomenal though, would have been a course record for decades
-
btw 2 weeks in a row Wiser beats Masciarelli by over 30 seconds.

It HAS been a 'lil sad to see... Masciarelli rose to fame so quickly and has literally NEVER measured up again to what essentially turned out to be a perfect day for her at Footlocker. -

17:25 ish for Wiser, just under 18 for Masciarelli. -
No doubt Wiser is super fit. Also no reason to be sad about Mascarelli. She still has lots of upside. After all, she’s still playing basketball competitively in the winter and competing XC at the highest level.

Charlotte Bednar is a tough runner and has placed highly in big meets, but after looking at the video of her climbing out of the bowl it seems to me she could use some more leg strength.
