Seems like there will be a lot of dominos falling in the jumps & multi-events this summer. Who are some of the best up and coming coaches in that area?
Who wants to know? You looking to hire outside of your event area? Jumps/multis jobs range from GA to Head Coach, like distance jobs, so this is a pretty vague question to try to answer.
Also, multi event athletes out of high school have either never completed a hep/dec, or are absolute beginners, still, at at least one or two events. So newbie multi coaches are less likely to know how to train newbie multi athletes (especially decathletes) on abbreviated training schedules without getting them injured.
You can usually spot an inexperienced multi coach by how many open events their heptathlete or decathlete is entered in at conference, on top of the hep/dec itself.
