Is this really open, or is it a formality to move Warren Fraser from the volunteer spot?
Any more news on Kstate? Either what happened to Ott or who is taking it?

If this is True, What is DUKE really trying to do, they are not a factor in the ACC in much more than the distance events.

I’m so curious to see who Sean hires. We’ll know how much he values distance by who he hires. Would love to see a big name like Vanhoy or Carlson there!!!

Why would they hire a “big name” after getting rid of a bigger name? Must be reallocation of priorities, weird move deemphasizing distance though.

Sean is only talking to women without "big names. " Nothing against those women or female coaches in general. They're perfectly good coaches and we need more of them in this profession. But one would have to assume this is so he can pay them peanuts and pull the $ from the distances. The "names" know to stay away from this job anyway.
Kieth Rieter is a good multi coach he has done well at McNeese and at tiffin. Also the jumps/ multi coach at Texas state and the multi guy from SIU is decent
University of the Cumberlands hired their full time position for distance but looks like they have an ad out for a full-time sprints hurdles now. I think it is a new position

Speaking of big names who is taking over the rumored Dunbar position at Cal? Saw on mile split they don’t have and distance recruits, is he leaving on his own or are they maybe also reallocating... maybe focus more on throws, they seem to be killing it there?
Rumor no longer. Dunbar to Virginia. As far as filling his shoes?? Hopefully another D1 stud to keep improving the culture.
