Now why do you paint the picture of being forced to hire females or minorities as some sort of “PC culture” if you truly believe representation matters?
And I ask because coaches wear many hats. Some fit snuggly and some are pretty loose. Regardless, as the head of a program, I assume you try to adjust everyone’s many hats to fit better. You follow me? As such, would it not be creating a competitive environment for you to help a female or minority grow as a coach in a particular area as they help you grow as a person and leader through diversity? You have many different fitting hats also!
