Great 5 mile time trial. Tons of miles and healthy covid training. Just hope NB doesn't try a bad shoe experiment.
Of course, bad winds will slow everything down.
Curious as to why if NB does something it's a "bad experiment" but with Nike its innovation?
I hope she does it but has she done anything in the past 4-5 months that suggests that she can run 5:07-5:09/mile for 13.1 miles?

Sisson has never run the 1500 at the Trials.
Nobody said she ran. the 1500m. They said. she ran in the 1500s. Or at least shoes that looked a lot like them. The question is will she be wearing the fuel cell RC going forward. And if those shoes will help her.
She told me that she wore New Balance 1500's for the London Marathon
Sisson's stride is incredibly unique. She could wear a pair of Dunlop Volleys and perform equally to a pair of super shoes. She's great to watch, but it's a shame she doesn't get the benefit others do with shoe technology.
