Was looking at Vaporfly's but they're never available in my size and expensive. Are there any brands with high-performance shoes like VF's that are reasonably priced? Cheers.

I'm a big fan of the NB FuelCell Rebel for the shorter distances. I'd even go up to a half in them. Sigma Sports (UK) have them in most sizes for £90 right now....maybe even cheaper elsewhere.
Just get the lightest and most minimal shoe you can handle. The benefits of cutting back on shoe weight can be as beneficial as new shoe technology. If your high-tech shoe weighs 2-3 ounces more than a minimal racing flat, the benefits start to get more marginal. Plus, you'll save money and get to spend it on more shoes.
Reebok Run Fast Pro is usually ~$125 on the Reebok website (with sitewide discounts they're always running). I like them a lot for anything from mile - marathon -- they're the lightest shoes on the market and use the same "super foam" as the Vaporfly.
Skechers has some nice, light flats with a bit more cushioning if you like that, though they don't work too well for me.
OTOH you can just save your money and buy the Streak LT; for 5k/10k the difference is going to be marginal at best.
I’m a big fan of the nb1400 especially if the race isn’t on dry concrete the entire time.
Is it the best flat out there, no, but it’s cheap, easy to find and light enough
