Appreciate recommendations for warm glove for early morning runs (dark and around 20-25F)...
For the past 5 years, I've used snowboarding gloves. They finally ripped, and I'd like something as warm but (if possible) not as bulky.
Thanks,
Joe

Get mittens. Most running gloves are garbage once you get into the 20s. Something like this: https://www.runningwarehouse.com/Saucony_Reheat_Mitt/descpage-SREHTMT.html
XC ski gloves/mitts are a good bet for really cold weather, or if you get especially cold hands. Swix, Toko, Craft all make good ones. I tend to find "running gloves" don't cut it below 15-20 degrees or so.
LL Bean has some nice powerstretch fleece ones. Not as warm, good to around 20 or so for me.
Above 30, I usually just wear cheapo magic gloves.
For that temperature range, I've been having good luck with thin Saucony running gloves with a second outer mitten shell plus an additional fleece mitten.
Here are the Saucony gloves, which I've been using for 30-50 F (I have cold hands and I'm a wimp) for several years, including races:

The fleece mittens are nothing special, just race swag, but the extra layer helps immensely in the 20s and colder.
Socks on hands
at those temps i typically wear normal running gloves and toss in a pair of hand warmers. I know it sounds wimpy but hand warmers have proven to be a game changer during the winter for me. They also are fairly inexpensive.
