Solid week, and no hip pain since monday morning so that is all well and good! Had a fun little turkey trot victory that I used as a "workout" of sorts. Wasn't trying to kill it but just rolled on the extremely turn-heavy course. Time trial on wednesday night with the team to see where our fitness is at, haven't decided on 3k or 5k yet.
