We will know if blacks get the vaccine first, because if not, CNN and the rest of the MSM will be shouting racism shortly after.
As for me, I will definitely be getting the vaccine, and I don't care if I have to wait until black people get it first.

Based on the fact that the covid nothing burger has had no effect on Africa and the populations are still booming there, I would say covid has no effect on african americans here and forcing you to inject a substance into your bloodstream is just sick.
The honorable Louis Farrakhan has already warned his people not to be led to the slaughterhouse by taking the white man's poison.

Do you think black people listen to Farrakhan anymore? I think his appeal and influence is fading.

Well, if blacks get it first it’ll be racist because we’re using them as guinea pigs. If they don’t get it first it’ll be racist because risk factors.
Either way, it’ll be racist, you can be sure of that.

Is it really true that African Americans are more likely to die of Covid?
I honestly don't know, but I suspect African Americans are more likely to be in situations (access to health-care, pre-existing conditions, etc.) that make one more susceptible to Covid and /or more likely to become infected, but that there is not a strict biological/genetic cause of increased risk.
I mention it because access to the vaccine would likely be affected by those situational variables as well.
Distribution will be a really tough ethics call for sure, but I imagine most people would agree that healthcare workers, the elderly, and those with weak immune systems, should be at/near the front of the line.
Black people are more likely to die of Covid than whites, because the medical profession in the US has large amounts of racist white doctors and nurses who don’t provide adequate care to blacks.
Racial profiling is wrong. I don't think we can say that more blacks die of covid because you can't say that more blacks commit crimes. And how woukd we know who is black or white when it comes time to form the line for a vaccine? Is there a blood test that determines it?

Statistics from the CDC and state agencies show that blacks have higher Covid death rates than whites. This isn’t disputed. Deal with it. The racist medical system in the US needs to be defunded.

Obesity rates in African Americans are appalling; to a lesser degree Americans in general. Given disease has increased severity in this population, no surprise. Honestly everyone in our icu BMI > 30. Many much higher. Choices made in the past to disregard being healthy coming home to roost.
Can’t pay the obesity rate too much attention. Chart says someone 5’9” 200 pounds is obese. That’s ridiculous.

Definitely.
Than when it goes wrong they can blame white people for being racist.
So most definitely get it first.
After all despicable things White people have done in the past like the Tuskegee experiment... Blacks should be very weary.
That’s total bullsh*t. It’s the exact opposite. If you go to a store or supermarket in one of those “Trump” areas, no one wears masks. They look at it as a sign of loyalty to Trump. Population density definitely is a factor in black communities.

Definitely, because we all now racism doesn’t exist anymore.

Makes sense to me.
I’ve heard this line of argument before but I don’t see why they would want to be among the first to get it. It sounds like the first groups to get this thing would just be test dummies for the rest of the general population.
I’ll be waiting a bit and see how the masses react to the vaccine before I take it.

This could be why I was careful to include "urban" in my post--talking about people in cities, not the total population--and definitely not those in sogenannte "Trump areas."

My daily running routes can take me one of two directions: through an uppity rich white area where 99%+ people wear masks and where you WILL get yelled at if you don’t have one (even outdoors in a park) and everyone walks in giant weird arcs around each other, or through a far less snobby black area where ~50% of people wear them and nobody yells at you and everyone just seems to be having a good time and enjoying life. I run almost exclusively in the black neighborhood now for that reason. Black people are way cooler about COVID than white people.
Let the free market decide. If African Americans believe themselves to be at greater risk, they will place higher value on getting vaccinated and will thus be willing to pay more for it.
Well, its just that particular "educated" (but unintelligent), know-it-all, white well-to-do trash that is quite the scourge. And it's funny that its from this type of crowd where a lot of those BLM/Antifa types came from causing trouble & vandalizing.

Thank you, oh benevolent rich white protectors! Thou knowest best what is good for all!
It should go to Politicians, Doctors and Nurses and people at high risk First, If Blacks are at High Risk for Whatever Reason then they should ABSOLUTELY get it FIRST, We should Prioritize saving the Most Lives Possible.
Not sure why Blacks in the USA are getting hit so hard? Whereas Blacks in Africa and the Caribbean are doing much better than Europe and the USA, Maybe it's due to Diet as poor people (And Blacks have Disproportionately High rates of being Poor in the USA, lots of fast food etc. Maybe its the stress of Racism or perceived racism (Example in many Black Neighborhoods you see Bars on their Windows, because they fear White Hate Groups will break in their houses and terrorize them as happened in the late 1800's and early 1900's not so much anymore, but because of fear passed down from their ancestors telling them stories about it they fear it happening again, Anxiety and Stress can weaken Immune Systems.
