I think it's fine if a business wants to do this if they disclose the reasons and uses and follow the protocol they promise the consumer. Definitely within their right. But there are certain groups of businesses I do or don't associate with for various reasons. That's my decision and it doesn't mean I think the business should have to stop these actions, just they wont be getting my business. I'm sure they can live with that and I can too.
