Yeah, highlights alot of issues,
But just imagine how much less doping there would be if college and pro sports invested in PED testing like they do corona testing?
Which would ultimately make the student athlete healthier?
Just imagine how much more putrid the 'boys would be if they weren't doping cheaters?
In another shocking story, 8 Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders have been accused of having "performance enhancing injections" to help distract the players from the visiting team.
NFL playrs need PEDs . That is how pro sports work . I want to watch big, hard hitting monsters .
Does the position that the guy plays affect the length of his suspension? Not sure why that's relevant.
Think that NFL have got the ban right and wada bans are utterly disproportionate for something that is neither an improver nor gives ill health.
As for masking ; with current test methods it masks nothing.
Thinking a tad more; there should be no ban.
A four year ban and loss of income of zillions for a drug used by half the households. Someone tell wada where to take their mini empire.

An organization like the NFL should be able to set whatever anti-doping policies they want as long as the policy is enforced uniformly. NFL teams only compete against other NFL teams, so there isn't really a need for any outside governing body to weigh in on the NFL's policy.
Groups like WADA are necessary for fragmented sports where athletes from different organizations and federations compete against each other. You need someone to ensure that runners from all countries are held to the same standards. In a sport like football, this doesn't really apply, as a single set of rules is already being applied to all the teams within the league.

NFL drug policy gives an even playing field.
Wada has corrupt countries ignoring Wada so the nice Western athletes are disadvantaged , but then the money western athletes can get round the test eith more sophisticated means and drugs.
Do wada just ends up being a giant PR exercise.
The Cowboys should get a therapeutic exemption this year. As in.... their fans will need therapy post season.
All players, coaches, and fans should use PEDs, meth, coke, etc. Put a tiki bar on the sidelines....
Whatever it takes.....
