Here are some people I know personally:
1) 19 year old male "Jim". Jim caught coronavirus at a party over the summer with other kids, one of whom, "Dave", had already tested positive but was embarrassed to tell anyone. Dave had ALREADY received the positive result but wanted to go the party anyway, for fear of missing out. The entire family of Jim subsequently caught the virus.
2) "Sally", a public school teacher, opted to teach virtually this year. (At my kids' elementary school, both the children and the teachers can choose schoolhouse or virtual.) Although Sally's class was virtual, she decided to host the kids at her house for a Halloween event. Sally was unaware that she had recently contacted the virus, along with her infant. Several of the virtual classmates caught the virus from their teacher and/or the infant. Pretty hilarious when you consider this was supposed to be a VIRTUAL class, and they still managed to pass the virus to each other.
3) "Linda" is a pediatrician in CO. She contracted the virus in March while treating children who had flu-like symptoms but tested negative for flu. It's in my stupid list because she was not permitted to wear a mask at this particular hospital. They were saving the masks for the pandemic, LOL.
