Yikes! But you could see this coming, not necessarily tonight but soon.
NO running game > 25 total rushing yards tonight.
The dink & dunk has been getting progressively more pronounced. So bad tonight that defensive linemen were taking one step off the snap tha jumping.
Close if into double digits in dropped uncontested balls.
Roethlisburger looked terrible on any ball traveling over 10 yards in the air, and there weren't even many attempts.
No deep patterns, no hurry-up, no offensive adjustments at all........
They were exposed for the "a little above average" team that they are, but definitely not at the level of the Chiefs, Saints, and some others.
Their defense will keep them in most games. They still have the #1 seed since their loss was to an NFC team & KC lost to an AFC team, but if they play anywhere close to tonight's level they could lose to Buffalo & Indy at the minimum.
Pittsburgh will drop to the #3 seed if they lose tonight, losing the tiebreaker to the Buffalo Bills.

Thinking that they are SB bound just because they may get the Chiefs at home seems like a stretch.
A stretch?! They're undefeated. Winning easy. Got Division locked up. Can rest personal from here out if needed. What more do you want?
How’s that going?
Steelers lose tonight.
Something is wrong with the Steelers.
The Steelers just lost to a 2-win team that completed 7 passes during the game.
11-5 is suddenly in-play, if not likely.
They are not the same team they were early in the season. They are down 6 linebackers. A corner/safety from the practice squad is now a starting linebacker. #27 at 190 lbs at linebacker. Cincinnati just audibled to running plays wherever he lined up. He filled holes but just got shoved out of the way. The offensive line is down 3-4 guys and that has made their running game non-existent so no play action in addition to no run game. They have made a 3rd or 4th and 1 via running only 1 or 2 times in 7 games and many attempts.
No excuse, njuries are part of every teams success or not, so it is important for the stars to step up and Pittsburgh stars are doing the opposite. Roethlisberger looks horrible. Terrible decisions and considerably underthrows every pass longer than 20 yards. Receivers dropping ball after ball. They have two receivers (Ebron & Johnson) with more drops than most entire teams. Defensive line just gets worn down over each of the last 4-5 games since they are so thin and the offense rarely sustains drives.
On top of all that the offensive coordinator last night decided it was time to re-establish a run game down 14 with 10:00 to go. Nothing like bleeding the clock and putting an inept offense in 3rd and 6 situations over and over.
All this said, they will be lucky to end up a wild card because as the division champ they will draw Baltimore and I think they would get beaten badly. If they end up a wildcard they will get Tennessee or Indianapolis. They 'can' beat either of those two, not like they are playing now, but they are beatable. I don't think they can beat Baltimore a third time and they are coming on.
They are the same team. They weren’t that good but were quite winning early. Be happy Ravens had Covid or Steelers might have gone from 10-0 to out of playoffs.

I made no claims as to how good they were or are but they beat a lot of teams early that they would struggle to beat now.
By your standards the Ravens must have been the same team with Covid issues?
The Steelers also beat the Ravens when they were healthy.

The Ravens beat themselves when playing the Steelers healthy. The Steelers only had 220 yards of total offense that game.
That said, the Steelers are still a dangerous team with a lot of talent.

Well, they sure as hell are not dangerous at the moment!
As far as "beat themselves," let's keep you out of this. Just joking. But when there is such a fine line between good/bad, winning/losing in the NFL couldn't you say that about most any win or loss?

He’s right though. Ravens had 4 turnovers and still almost beat Pitt. That was sort my point. Pitt has a great record. But I’d honestly pick them as the 7th best team or so in the AFC. I think they will definitely lose first round no matter who they play — ravens, Titans, browns, colts, etc.

I don't disagree completely, but when Dupree beats his man and strip sacks the QB, Spillane reads a pattern and gets a pick-six, or when Highsmith makes a leaping deflection-interception in the red zone, is that the Ravens beating themselves? When is 4 sacks of an elusive QB, two interceptions, & two caused fumbles and recoveries all a "beat themselves" situation & not solid defense? Those "beat themselves" could be applied to most any game.
Ju Ju getting blown up on that shallow cross was funny as hell. My favorite play of the season so far. Bell made him look like a bobble-head doll.
Bye Bye, Steelers!
Unbelievable! 21-0 Browns only 10 minutes into the game. Steelers defense is as strong as a wet Kleenex tonight.
What is even happening right now?! These aren't the Browns! Wtf covid.
The Browns have 6 first downs ... and 4 touchdowns!
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
