I've been training consistently for more than a year now, started at around 20min shape and I'm currently in sub 15min shape.
With no races this year I don't know how good is that and I'm also curious about how much can I expect to improve in the future.
25yo with some pounds to lose.
How good is a sub 15 with 1year 4months of training?

Yes, it's quite good. How many miles a week are you running? Is your PR on the road or the track? Were you trained in any other sports before? It's quite rare for a sedentary person to hit sub-15 with less than 18 mo of training. Congrats!
