I just ran 8x500m @1:26 on avg per rep(69sec 400s) in 20mph winds(benefiting back side but also bad headwind.) At 30" rest. What could I run a 2 Mile in right now?
This was not full effort- stayed consistent each and every rep. Felt good and no lactic after the workout.
