So the beginning of this yr I was injured , started feeling better around Mar, then we are in full blown pandemic..
Long story short I"ve lost the majority of this yr. Thinking about starting up a new plan and going back to the drawing board come Jan. 1 ..
My question is how long will it take me to get back to where I was after losing a yr? Granted I've put on 20 to 25lbs, thinking that will come off fairly fast when i start up again. Was running about 8 yrs up until this yr. I'm in my 40's. sub 19 5k, sub 39 10k, 1:26 half, 3:05 marathon.
