Track/road w/o spikes?
Hard to go wrong with Streak LT4 for pure simplicity. And under $100 (sometimes down near $50).
My bad, it will be on a rubber track. Like your typical high school track. I'll be running 6 laps
Dragonflies if you can get a pair
I would go with victory elites or mamba Vs for that distance
If this for a military fitness test then obviously don’t buy spikes, that’s pointless, if I were you I would buy a basic pair of trainers to do this in, try the Nike Pegasus 36 or 37. Solid running shoe and you can use it for the other portions of the test like push ups or sit ups. If you’re a runner and this is for a race then consider investing in actual spikes like the Nike Victories or Adidas Avantis, but it seems to me like this is for a fitness test so you’re better off in regular trainers!
Yes for a fitness test, for state trooper academy. All I'm doing is the mile in a half. If spikes will help then I'll buy them, I'll spend the money on a one time pair to get the career of my dreams. I unfortunately did not have time to train when i was given my test date. So the most i can do is run a bit and do things to shave seconds of my time. The minimum requirement is 11:04, i got 11:26 last time. So i need to do everything I can to Atleast shave off 26s by next week. (11/11)

Don't get spikes. If you're not used to them they're are more likely to hinder you than help. And not to be rude, but at that pace they're not helping much anyway.
Just buy some actual running shoes if you don't have them. Nike Pegasus line is a pretty universally popular shoe for basic running.
But the thing that will probably help you the most is pacing. You need to run under a 7:20 mile. Get a sense of what that feels like, and then DON'T GO OUT TOO FAST. Lots of inexperienced runners will gas the first half mile of a race and then blow up.
Good luck!
I think the Nike streak LT4 is as good recommendation. Spikes are pretty aggressive but a nice light flat can really help.
Your calves will likely be really sore after the first time you use them -- so keep in mind if you want to work out in them first....

Should be "Calfs "
You are 1000 percent better off in trainers (regular sneakers) rather then spikes. Spikes take awhile to get used to, and I would highly recommend against them for something like this. I started running when I was 7 years old and ran D1 track in college and I didnt start actually wearing spikes till high school. When you are new to running spikes are almost more of a hinderance. You should do this test in trainers, this is a running website and there are a lot of good resources on it, rather then focusing on the footwear, focus on the training aspects to get you to the time needed to pass the test. If you arent in shape to run the time it doesnt matter what shoes you wear for the test.

It's Calves
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calf_(leg)Very few British words ending in "lf" have a plural of simply an "s". It just doesn't really work.
Then what are the best sneakers for this? What are the lightest? I probably don't have time to order something online and have time to get used to them. If order online, it won't come until Monday only give me a full day of breaking them in, i need something i know i can find at the nike factory store or a sports shop, any recommendations would be great. They don't have track shoes anyways in any store in my city, so not getting spikes anyways.
Racing flats, they're a lighter version of a running shoe. Popular models are
-Nike Streak LT4
-New Balance 1400
-Adidas Adios Boost
I prefer the adidas, but honestly they're all good for what you're trying to do.
Go to a Dicks Sporting goods or Nike Factory and try stuff on. Even if someone could tell you the “Perfect Shoe” you prob wouldn’t end up finding and would just be frustrated. Look for something that feels light and fast on your feet. If you feel fast, you will be fast!
Good luck!
Just wanted to say that I am in federal LE. I ran my 1.5 mile in 8:54. Maybe it wiol help you if i tell you what i did to prepare:
Because of covid, I wasn't able to train for 3 weeks before the test, they wouldn't even let us go outside during that time, we just took written and computer tests inside. so i did only pushups and situps. They literally didn't even let us go outside to get food, it was dropped at our doorstep. For the 3 or 4 months before that, I mostly rode my bicycle, about 4 to 5 times per week, with one short jog every other week or so. But then I pulled my calf about a month before reporting, so didnt run in that last month. So no running for the 7 weeks before my test.
Hope that helps. Good luck.
Also, the advice people gave above to pace it just right is really the only possible helpful advice at this point. Not everybody can just get their way through a fitness test on talent and basic fitness. Some people need to actually train for it. I guess it wasn't enough of a dream for you to have put in the work to be ready?
I love the New Balance Fuelcell RC Elite. They just want to run fast.
I'm a bodybuilder, i failed the last run by 20 seconds, they told me i can reapply in January meaning i would go to 2022 academy, giving me plenty of time to train, but i wasn't expecting them to call me giving me another chance to test for this upcoming academy in January 2021, they asked me on Monday and letting me test on Wednesday 11/11, if i do go get into the academy, i will definitely train to be able to run fast and long. I'm mainly a meat head that only lifts but i will change my workouts to reflect the academy
I passed my fitness test! Thanks to all that gave me advice on here, i got through one obstacle, now i have a couple more, if i get accepted to the academy. I will definitely be on here alot because i need to be able to run more than 3 miles lol
