I live in a country where masks have been mandated since the middle of March. O and in the summer here it is routinely 110+ degrees with 60+% humidity. Deal with it.

The problem is that too many of you fools live in big cities. I live in a small town in the midwest and we just go about business as usual. Most everybody puts a mask on when going in somewhere but if somebody doesn't have one, nobody makes a big deal about it.

And I've seen several well-regarded epidemiologists say that this is a stupid idea.

It’s nice to see a bipartisan dislike for tyrannical laws. Whether Republican or Democrat when a politician tries to mandate things like this both sides of the aisle should speak up against it.

Our forefathers revolted against a small tea & stamp tax, largely out of principle. You think they would just this mandate lying down?

Same. Well I live 30mins south of Boston. Baker is a complete piece of sh*t. He’s responsible for all of the veterans dying at the Holyoke veterans home. His son (AJ Baker) molested his sisters BF on a plane 2 years ago which was also just swept under the rug.

I guess I would like a scintilla of evidence that asymptomatic people outside that are more than 6 feet away are killing people with Covid.

Please provide evidence that people are getting covid19 from being outside - I see no evidence. All I see is parties, weddings - private arrangements where people are not going to wear the mask anyway - so why even enforce masks in situations that don't spread covid significantly? Not going to defend the law here, but this particular attack on it is garbage. When a situation involves risk you don't wait for scientific evidence to confirm the risk before action. You evaluate the risk with all of the information that you have.

If there is evidence against outdoor transmission that would provide a much better avenue of attack.

If a nuclear bomb drops near your city are you going to wait for some scientific experiments to tell you how far away from the fallout you should move? I'm going to move far away until the science says it's ok to come back.

Pretty sure there have been lots of scientific experiments done on how far nuclear fall-out affects people.
