I forgot to post two weeks ago so here’s both of the last two weeks
Monday: 6 miles in 46:19 + strides
Tuesday: 5.33 miles in 37:19
Wednesday: Mile warmup, 10x1 min with 1 min rest, 2 mile cooldown
Thursday: 5 miles in 37:33
Friday: mile warmup, 3x1600 + 4x300 (5:52, 5:46, 5:38, 54, 53, 54, 53) mile cooldown
Saturday: 6 miles in 42:11
Sunday: 10 miles in 1:12:30
The Wednesday workout sucked because of snow and I just couldn’t get comfortable. The Friday workout was great and I felt really strong the whole way through. 2 mins rest between everything on that. Long run had stomach problems so that wasn’t great but it was a solid down week.
Monday: 7.3 miles in 54:20 + strides
Tuesday: 6 miles in 42:01
Wednesday: 5x800 with 3 mins rest 2:40 avg
Thursday: 6 miles in 46:43 + 4x200 with jog across infield
Friday: 5 miles in 35:01
Saturday: 12.1 miles in 90 mins
Sunday: 5.4 miles in 38:34 + strides
The workout on Wednesday was awful I just felt bad the whole way through but I got through it. There was tons of snow Friday and Saturday so I didn’t do a second workout this week and the long run was very difficult because the snow melted slightly so it felt like sand. Doing a mile time trial this Wednesday, based off what I have logged here what kind of shape do you guys think I’m in?
