Chicago has several and Wynn opened in Boston last year.
New Orleans, St Louis, Quad Cities, and others have casinos not on reservations.
Way out on Long Island. Might technically be in Queens, but definitely not in Manhattan.

20 miles from downtown NY isn't way out.
11 miles from Ozone Park Queens to lower Manhattan. Didn't know Boston got one recently too. WTH is going on? How did they now get permission? So this is the end for places like Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods? Seems even Atlantic City & Vegas will be ghost towns soon if this keeps up. Sell your property now!
All owned by a different tribe
Ohio has a bunch of Casinos thanks to Lebron James. His popularity with the Cavs helped get enough votes to win.
It is a bit like saying you now have a local marathon so Boston is done. If anything local casinos drive more traffic to vegas.

There are casinos all over the country and not just on Indian land. There are casinos in the Bay Area and places like Blackhawk Colorado. None of these have any impact on Vegas, which has been relying less and less on gambling as its source of revenue.
I think I saw recently that only around a third of the revenue on the strip was from gaming. There are conventions, malls, dining, entertainment, etc. The people that are really serious about gambling go to Macau, which is the real gambling center of the world.

I see you’ve never lived in Manhattan. 20 miles out (or even 5 to the west) may as well be Siberian tundra.
