The presumption is that doping prevalence is high, even among the fastest runners.
Presumption? Even? You gotta keep trolling...
Some facts for you:
A) Top non-African heritage, 5000 m male
1) Baumann 1997: Epo era, banned roid doper
2) Solinsky 2010: thyroid hormones
B) Top non-African heritage, 10000 m male
1) Rupp 2014: testo meds, asthma meds, likely doper, thyroid hormones, banned drug cheat coach
2) Solinsky 2010: thyroid hormones
C) Top non-African heritage, 5000 m female
1) Shobukhova, 2008: pre-ABP. banned blood doper
2) Houlihan 2020: Covid reduced testing, novel shoes
D) Top non-African heritage, 10000 m female
1) Wang 1993: Epo era, admitted doper
2) Radcliffe 2002: Epo era, likely blood doper
Conclusions? Arguable. But yours (neither doping nor meds "work") are based on so many unlikely assumptions based on your faith, or rather hopes, that's not even funny anymore.
