I have the following workout planned next week:
1600/1200/800/800/1200/1600
The paces are T-pace/5k/3k respectively, on 2-3 minutes standing rest in between reps. Should I move the 16's down to 5k pace, or will that be too unmanageable? I'm more of an 800 runner, so this aerobic work really isn't my strong suit.
