So last week I had a very solid training week. Felt great and then on Friday afternoon about an hour after my run I got a very sore throat. I then felt very fatigued and not well at all.
The Saturday I felt worse and very low mentally. Sunday I was a lot better and by Monday I was able to go for a short run.
I ran on Monday and Tuesday and on both days about 6 minutes into my run I felt very faint and uneasy. I stopped collected my thoughts and continued and felt fine.
Wednesday (yesterday) I felt super tired when I woke up and just went for a three mile walk. Today woke up felt fine so went for a run. About 6 minutes into it I felt the same very light headed and faint. I stopped then continued and felt great. When I Finished I tried some 15 second strides first one I felt ok but a bit faint. The second fine on the stride but after very light headed and faint. It passed a few seconds later.
Is this something to be worried about? Should I see a doctor or is it possibly just a little virus?
