why do you get your own stuff wrong?
Jonathan wrote a good article on it. The tester went to the wrong address and the address given was incorrect. If the tester had only knocked at the wrong address, that would have been the end of it. But she deduced the correct 'main' address but then couldnt find the right 'sub address'.
First missed test; 12 March 2019
second missed test; 16 March - counted as filing failure so backdated to filing date - 1 Jan 2019
third missed test 12 April 2019 (wrong main address, right sub address) - dismissed.
fourth missed test 24 January 2020
so, yes, she missed 4 actual tests in the period from 16 march 2019 to 24 Jan 2020.
This filing date thing is crazy - filings are updateable constantly. Do athletes not check their calendars alll the time? at the start of a week etc???
Has anyone missed a third test after a year but had the date backdated to the filing date and therefore had three strikes in a year? If not - the system clearly stinks. Maybe someone should check. Find athletes with a third missed test in say months 13 or 14 and then check filing dates.
ffs, you miss a test on 12 march and dont check your diary?
oyu miss another on 16 april and dont check your details and ensure you have a mobile number?
