1600 - 4:25 on the track
3200 - 9:27 on the track
5000 - 15:32 cross country course
1600 - 4:25 on the track
3200 - 9:27 on the track
5000 - 15:32 cross country course
All seem pretty equivalent. Maybe 5k, 32, 16 ?
I'd say your 5k seems to be the best, followed by 3200, then 1600. If the course was really fast maybe the 3200 is better, but honestly 15:32 is not too much worse than 9:27 even on the track so it's a very solid XC time. Your 1600 is easily the worst, the equivalent time would be more like 4:22.
You got some talent. I'd keep working at it.
Need to know the elevation and difficulty of the course. Personally I would say 3200 5k 1600
If the course was actually 5k I would say that is your best pr for sure. Otherwise, 32 is best, and xc time and mile are about even
1600, 3200, 5k
Here is why I know a lot of people (long distance runner) who can pull off a sub 9:30 3200, a sub 15:30 5k but can pull of a sub 4:30 mile.
