I currently have PRs of 4:40 in the mile and 2:06 in the 800m as a SO - my goal is to compete in the ACC in college. I have no real guidance in my area from coaches. Does anyone have recommendations for elite online coaching?

Thanks for the input runlikeritz v helpful, but I am out here looking for serious recs
What area of the country do you live in?

Louisiana, out in the sticks
LMJGTFY - I can see teamrunrun, rundoyen, and run coach are all options - they all seem like narps apart from rundoyden, but unless you recently won the lottery you probs can't afford them

I haven;t really heard of any of these guys, I would love to hear if anyone that passes by this thread has tried firstlanecoaching.com or something similar . the athletes seem fast but also unsure if it's worth the price
do your own googling bro
I just googled this team, they are pretty fast, they ain’t winning NCAAs but they’re solid. Do you really think you need this type of service? I think you can get to 4:20 in the mile in 2 years without too much effort, which should allow you to walk on to some ACC teams.
I can take you on but it would have to be after mid November because I have too many right now to handle. After XC my load will lighten a little.

I think you need to be faster than that...maybe worth gettin a real coach kid
What level of athletes do you coach? is it all online?
I have coached several on-line at various times.
Right now I am coaching a HS XC team and I am coaching a couple of post collegiate athletes. One of which might as well be considered on line because I only see him once very few months.
I don’t take on that many. I do it for free because it’s not worth the little bit of money I would be asking for the work and I like to be on equal ground with my athletes.
