So I've been running 50 miles a week since my season was cancelled this fall and just decided to do a time trial this afternoon. I always see the predict my time threada and wondered how accurate they are. I ran a 4:23 1500 on turf in flats two weeks ago and a workout I recently did was 15 minutes at 5:35, 90 second jog, 10 minutes at 5:20, 90 seconds, 5 minutes at 5:00. I'll post my real time in a bit but let's hear your best guess ?
