Was dealing with an injury this summer then found out my college was virtual this year and our season was canceled. Kinda slipped into depression and stopped running for the past 2 months. I've gone from 135lbs to 150ish lbs and got pretty out of shape. Ive taken care of my injury and this week decided I will be getting back In shape.
I devised a plan that I will be eating around 2400-2500 calories a day all clean healthy foods, whole grains, vegetables, fruit, etc. Im starting around 60 mpw this week and building back to 80-90mpw consistently in around a month which is what I was at this summer.
Should I expect to lose this weight and get fit again? not sure why I'm stressing so much over this.
