How long does it take you do to 4x5 deadlifts? Takes me ~12mins. And in the between sets, I can put plates on, do a set of pull ups, and a couple of mobility drills. What do you do, just sit on your ass? Then I move on to the next exercise set and call it a day. Do that for a couple of years and who isn't deadlifting 2x their BW? That isn't a huge accomplishment or anything.
Ideally I wouldn't be doing these right after running but given my schedule that is what you have. And again since you can't read, I am not doing "Easy Lifting". I would think telling you I am working out 2x/week would be enough but you are really dense.
