Nice reaction here of Cheptegei

seems to be a good bloke.
Adidas won medal table today 1gold 2 silver vs 1 gold 2 bronze for Nike
Jake Smith third in the all time GB rankings with 60:31, I see him out running from time to time. Looks as if his 28:01 10000 metre time trial with his flatmates was no fluke

farah would have won today and everybody would have cried about the race magically running slow to suit him

Well I guess h'es only 5 seconds back
Jakob could have medaled.
Jakob ran 35 minutes for 10K today at a local race placing 61st, so no I don't think he would have medaled. His splits were:
2:59 min/km
2:43 min/km
2:59 min/km
2:53 min/km
2:45 min/km
2:42 min/km
3:02 min/km
6:12 min/km
4:10 min/km
4:40 min/km
Looks like he ran a workout and jogged to the finish. Not really in race shape.

He was in pretty good shape exactly one month go when he ran a European record 3k in 7:27, outkicked in the last 50 meters by 0.39 seconds by the winner of todays half, Kiplimo.
Jacob is fully capable of having medaled today

And it would have been so, so boring to watch.
What big road race has Mo Farah ever won? At least when competition shows up.
His whole stardom was a fraud - 15 seconds off 5000m WR, 30 off 10,000, worked on his kick to exploit casual olympics viewers. Good at making a star of himself, but never a great runner. On the roads he's been nothing but humble

Yeah you're right, he should have tried to burn them off way before the last lap instead of running to his strengths and sitting and kicking, even though his competition let him. Would you use the same argument if someone went out hard from the start and didn't give the sitters and kickers a chance? Friggin' idiot.
And WGAF about the roads, obviously not him, why would he with the track success he's had?
He's a smart winner, you're a dumb loser, so get over it.
Why did the commentators at the end yesterday talk about end of the year on the roads when we still have Valencia?
I watched both events on youtube and dont remember hearing them say Bahrain once. What did happen that they didn't run?
Just sayin', nothing personal. wrote:

Sorry about your mental problems. Try to find things you enjoy before it's too late.
Weak come back lol, so you've just confirmed you're a dumb loser.
