Well, he's Ethiopian..
They've been too busy doing 'sub-2' sideshows etc that they've all forgotten how to race!

Yes, he is. Wanders dropped now too.
Kandie is now doing a fast tempo. Wanders is dropped
Anyone paying attention to the fans. Are they wearing masks? Poland is having a bit of a Covid-19 surge. It's interesting to think about how different parts of the world react to Covid.
If you missed the fall in the women's race, here it is:

Ten in lead pack, single file almost.
Cheptegei does not look good.
And what a race from Amdouni
Kandie is gonna take it. Cheptegei starting to get dropped
42:17 at 15k, getting faster.
Cheptigai is off the pace and not looking too good

Looks like it. Kiplimo up there too.
kiplimo looks easy!
I also wonder what is going on with Cheptegei. It doesn't seem logical for him to allow this kind of gap. Kiplimo still looks strong though.
I would say about two thirds of the spectators are wearing masks, some are very hard to make out.
Cheptegei covering the move.
Cheptegei not even clenching his hands yet ... he's fine.
Kiplimo, Kandie and Cheptegei at the front.
Kiplimo does the best impression
The gap is not to big yet, but he shouldn't let it grow anymore.
kiplimo looks better than cheptegei tbh
