Hey guys I'm a jr in high school and I just wanted you guys to predict my 5 k time of this workout. We did 4x1 mile repeats. There was a hill during these repeats and it wasn't just straight on the track. The elevation gain was 37 feet with a loss of 32 feet.
My splits were 5:43, 5:55, 5:55, 6:03
I think I could've gone faster on the last one but I didn't want to pass my teammate because he's faster than me. To give you some background I can do a 10-mile run at 6:53 and a 4:52 mile
