Just wondering if I should be worried about burning out. As we all know about the cancellation/postponements of track/xc, I have been running since April and I want to keep running until February-March 2021 when there will be competing again!
Mileage varied overtime (40-70mpw), with (50mpw) being my average mileage. 1-2 workouts a week with random time trials, and occasional off days here and there. Will I be okay I just kept running or do I need to take a break??
