Eh, I feel like having one, known, championship venue can be a good thing. It draws a certain amount of buzz from fans + athletes. You know you're going to the same place each spring to run on a storied track (well, I guess it's new now) and in an actual stadium. In a sport that struggles because there's a meet a weekend in a different place with different events and scoring that doesn't always make sense, some regularity at a championship meet feels fine.
Yeah, the rich get richer but Eugene is the Mecca in the US for T&F. Until someone presents a more convincing argument as to why it should rotate, just keep it there.
