Here are a couple examples of standard elite runner workouts. They are moderately difficult.
So what is the deal with this website with its impossible workouts? Does this guy have any history of success?
But yeah at a high level this is a pretty easy workout. Go look up the Rupp workout where he basically ran something like 4x1600 at 10k pace and a 4:02 1600 all after a 8:07 2 mile and compare it to this.
