Been running about 60-70mpw for about 6month now. Last month I did 1500/5k TT and got 4:05 and 15:20. I have about 2-4 weeks before taking a much-needed break, and I was curious as to which of these times I'd be able to achieve by November? a sub 4 or sub 15? And which of the two should I attack first?
