I eat meat, fish, a bit of everything really, but my brother in law and his wife have been vegetarians for over 20 years and they have great teeth (all their own).
I have a handful of friends who are vegetarian (one vegan) and they all have normal teeth.
Why do you say such issues are prevalent with plant based diets? Did you focus specifically on a few food items and avoided others? Could it be a matter of balance?
And please don't post videos of vegans without teeth ;) I have seen those on several fora before and those are obviously people who don't really care about making their chosen diet a complete one.
