Bad workouts happen. Forget it and move on. Workouts aren't races, it doesn't matter if you have a couple rough ones, make sure the effort is correct and focus on being healthy and fresh for races. You could've been tired from the leg workout, or maybe it just wasn't your day. Stop worrying about the details and trust the process.
This. A good time in a workout is often with less than a comfortable effort at a slower pace. Someone posted Steve Scott’s training log from one of his seasons a while back and you would not believe the number of times he has “felt like sh!t” in the description of his runs
